Inspiration Behind Holmens Health

The inspiration for Holmens Health came from a deep desire to solve prevalent sexual health issues and improve men’s overall well-being. According to a 2018/2019 study, the following findings highlighted the need for our services:

37% of men reported reaching climax too quickly.
15% struggled to climax or took too long to climax.
17% lacked interest in sex.
11% felt anxious during sex.

These statistics reveal significant challenges that affect men’s sexual satisfaction and overall quality of life. We aim to reduce these numbers by providing effective solutions that make sex more enjoyable for both men and their partners.

- Prescriptions: If qualified, receive a prescription and have medication dispatched discreetly to your door for a treatment term of 2 to 12 months.
Dietetic Services:
- Consultations: Book a consultation with a dietitian to discuss your lifestyle factors that may be a factor in your ED or PE.
Sex Therapy Services:
- Consultations: Book a consultation with a sex therapist, either as a couple or individual, to talk through your concerns.
